Frequently Asked Questions
Who can come?
Everyone — no exceptions. As Christ’s church, we extend a radical welcome to all people, recognizing that our diversity is one of God’s greatest gifts. As Scripture reminds us, “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” — Galatians 3:28
What is a typical service like?
Saturdays | 5:00 PM
A quiet, spoken service with a reflective atmosphere.
Sundays | 8:00 AM & 10:30 AM
Traditional worship with three hymns, led by our organist and choir.
Can’t join us in person? Our services are livestreamed on Facebook and available later by video so you can worship with us from home.
Where do I go for worship?
Worship takes place in our church building at 1919 US-209, Brodheadsville, PA 18322. Parking is available on-site, and greeters will be happy to help you find your way inside.
Can I bring my kids?
Absolutely! Children are a blessing, and their presence — noise, energy, and all — is always welcome in worship. We love having families together in God’s house.
What should I wear?
Come as you are! Whether you’re most comfortable in jeans, sneakers, a shirt and tie, or even a princess dress — you’ll fit right in. We care far more about your presence than your outfit. Wear what helps you feel at ease and ready to worship.
Is there any handicap accessibility?
Yes. While our front entrance has steps, there is a ramp located to the left of the church that provides accessible entry for those who need it.
